SunFounder PI Smart Car
Interesting robot that uses the Raspberry PI 3B (not the 3B+, or any other Raspberry PI). The robot has text to speech, and also does speech to text.
This works best with the Raspberry PI image provided, thou it wasn't easy to find. It is also based on Rasbian Jessie. DO NOT UPGRADE THE IMAGE, this will end up causing problems if you do, and you'll need to start from scratch again.
This was finally found in the forums, the link was wrong, but was close and the image was downloadable.
The robot was made sometime in 2016 or 2017.
